I need to mention another building here, which is currently under construction, and that is the Absolut by Fernbrook- another great company which is going to change the skyline of the city of Mississauga. Just north of highway 403 there is another project done by Tridel: 25 an 35 Kingsbridge Garden Circle. A magnificent building features every amenity you could imagine, including suites which you can rent to your guests. It has a great lobby with a fountain in a middle, and a 24 hour concierge welcoming your guests. Suites in this condo start at $195,000 for a one bedroom with parking, and $225,000 for a two bedroom with a parking space. The buildings described above have a big advantage over any other location because they are so close to everything. If you want to see a movie you can choose between Famous Players, of Cineplex, if you want to have a nice dinner or drinks you can visit Jack Asstors, On the Curve, or a number of other establishments within walking distance. Located between the Erindale Woodlands and the Cooksville neighborhoods, on 880 Dundas St. Stand a nice building with great views over the Mississauga Golf and Country Club and Lake Ontario.
